A terrible state of affairs!!!

The last bollywood movie I saw was Dasvidaniya,a movie about wishes of a man who is going to die of cancer. The protagonist in the movie feels miserable but the feeling of an Indian citizen these days is no different.A bullet or a grenade might have your name and address attached. The things might happen so fastly that you even do not get a chance to make your "things to do" list.
The fact that you have an almost dumb(and/or deaf) person leading the country makes the situation more miserable.A squad which was primarily created to track terrorist is busy in nurturing and nourishing political motives of the ruling party. The DG of police uses more of his efforts and time in fighting for his promotions than fighting the menace of terrorism. These issues are only "micro" factors causing the problem.
Socio-economic factors are more dominant in worsening the situation.Inequalities in income and prosperity along different regions/segments of society is creating divides which need to be breached. An inclusive growth with equitable participation and sharing across the country without any discrimination is a pre-requisite to prevent the disease from spreading deeper. The so-called-policy of appeasement followed by the LEADING political party of country has only contributed to the problem.
The problem is getting more deep rooted with every new "act of terror".Any institution attempting to improve the situation needs to look into the overall situation than just do a fire-fighting job.Situations need to resolved on real time basis instead of making attempts only after they assume a fully blown shape. The Common Man has very weak short term memory as he has problems bigger to face than terrorism.

bhaiya saw ur blog for the first time...and guess what cudnt resist myself from perusing ur article...totally echo ur views on the sordid state of affairs in our country.....but the sullen part is that people like u and me can jus be a goddamnit mute onlooker merely marvelling at the state of affairs when some untoward things happens(terrorist attack) and then again life comes back to the old track(read mundane happenings)....do we need incidents like dese to come out of our self-induced comatose?????
